Required Skills:

Current Nurse Practitioner registration with relevant Australian health authorities

Proven experience in general medicine or primary care settings

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and patient management abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Knowledge of Western Australian healthcare regulations and protocols

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience in rural or remote healthcare settings

Additional certifications in wound management, mental health, or other specialties

Prior experience with locum or temporary assignments

proficiency in electronic health records systems

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, with current registration

Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in general medicine or related fields

Previous locum or temporary healthcare experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:

Valid WA practicing certificate for Nurse Practitioners

Ability to travel within Western Australia as needed

Commitment to maintaining professional standards and continuous learning

Current police clearance or working with children check if applicable
