Harvest Home Recovery Aide On-Call

Recovery aides provide general support and oversight of women who are in an inpatient substance use disorder program and who are also pregnant or parenting. This position also includes some food handling duties during meal times. This is a 24/7 program with shifts that include days, evenings, weekends, and on-call. We are currently looking for on-call coverage for evening and night shifts.
Compensation: $20.01 - $26.37 per hour depending on experience and qualifications PLUS shift differential for swing shift $1.75 per hour, for nights $3 per hour and for weekends $1 per hour.
On-call employees are eligible for sick leave accruals in accordance with Washington State law and reimbursement of position required credentialing expenditures.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Will be required to obtain a Food Worker Card.
- While no longer required, as a healthcare provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
