Wage: $20/hour(The rate of pay and pay scale provided for this position are based on title and geographical location)
Full Range Scale: $20.00-$22.30

- Follow all support plans to ensure that care is person centered,which includes helping individuals reach their goals and overcome behavioral challenges.
- Support levels could include but are not limited to: verbal assistance, partial and/or full physical assistance, and performing personal care tasks as needed, which may include dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
- Maintain cleanliness of the home and meal preparation
- Employees may need to handle and de-escalate inappropriate behavior from the individuals such as verbal and/or physical aggression
- Provide transportation and assist the individual(s) in the community such as appointments, shopping and personal outings, etc.
- Be 18+ years or older
- Must have a Valid Drivers License
- 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)
