Join our team in Olympia! We’re seeking a skilled clinician with experience using evidence-based practices to help clients achieve meaningful, lasting results. This hybrid position offers a mix of in-person and Telehealth sessions. Candidates must be available to dedicate specific time for in-person client appointments.

At Blu Orchard, we handle the administrative burden so you can focus on client care. Credentialing, billing, and marketing are managed for you, and we provide a welcoming and collaborative professional environment that values your expertise and prioritizes self-care.

• Earnings Potential: Licensed therapists can expect annual 1099 earnings ranging from $100,000 (25 weekly clients) to $124,500 (32 weekly clients). A minimum caseload of 25 clients per week is required. Higher earnings potential exists based on performance and schedule flexibility.

• Provide individual therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate, timely and detailed clinical documentation
• Track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

• Active and unrestricted Washington State license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
• Ability to manage a caseload of at least 25 clients per week
• Personal malpractice liability insurance (required)
• Experience with electronic health records (preferred)
• Telehealth experience (preferred)
• experience with insurance claim submissions
• Insurance credentialing experience (preferred)
• Active NPI number and CAQH profile (required)

The position is available immediately for Private pay clients. We will start the credentialing processes immediately upon contracting.
