Mental Health Therapist Opportunity – Master’s Level, Olympia, Washington. Serving Thurston & Mason County youth and families in their homes and community, plus in an office site.

What We Offer- Starting Salary Range: $86,611.20 – $96,345.60
- Collaborative Supervision
- First Responder pay: $1,800.00 per year
- Pay based on performance: up to $8,000.00 per year
- Clinical Supervision of Licensing
- Licensure pay $250.00 per pay period (twice per month)
- Bi‑lingual fluency (Spanish, English, or other): $100–200 per pay period (bi‑monthly) for service provision; tiered language stipend based on proficiency and family needs.
- Extensive training in multiple clinical approaches and other areas.
- Daily and weekly supervision and support with your Clinical Supervisor as needed.
- 12 paid holidays; plus 1 personal holiday each year!
- 3 weeks’ vacation per year
- 12 sick‑days per year

- Provide family‑oriented, strength‑based mental health services for children and families in their own home and community.
- Work flexible schedules based on the needs of those served; participate in an on‑call rotation with other clinicians.
- Offer high‑level collaboration, coordination, and intensive behavior health services while allowing for creativity and needs‑driven services.
- Partner with families, natural and community services, and supports to achieve long‑term safety and stability for each family and community.
- Act as a catalyst for change, offering new approaches and challenging long‑standing service traditions.
- Maintain humility, passion for the mission, compassion, and respectful interactions.
- Strengthen partnerships and help child‑serving systems understand alternative paradigms.
- Locate based out of FBH Olympia site; deliver services in community‑based settings and family homes.
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent accredited degree.
- Knowledge of WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) principles and practice preferred.
- Passion for helping families stay together.
- Ability to work with others using a genuine strengths‑based approach.
- Demonstrate culturally competent services and work effectively in multicultural situations.
- Energetic, innovative style with ability to engage children, youth, and family members.
- Enthusiastic, optimistic approach, encouraging ongoing participation of all involved.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to visually assess safety in community and family homes.
- Experience meeting clients and colleagues in homes and community locations.
- Preference for a flexible schedule rather than a traditional 8‑5, Monday‑through‑Friday, facility‑based position.
- Availability to participate in on‑call rotation responsibilities.
- Successfully pass required background clearances prior to offer.
- Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, reliable transportation with acceptable driving record per CCS policy.
