Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Olympia, WA, for a Vestibular Audiologist. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive vestibular evaluations, interpreting diagnostic results, and developing tailored treatment plans for balance disorders. The role also involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, counseling patients, and providing exceptional patient care, ensuring that all individuals receive superior audiological and vestibular services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in vestibular testing, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Strong background in audiological diagnostic assessments and interpretation
• Exceptional communication and counseling skills to engage with patients and families
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Doctoral degree (Au.D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology and current state licensure or eligibility
• Experience in vestibular assessment and rehabilitation preferred
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering compassionate care
