• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have reliable personal transportation and a valid Washington State driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time.
• Satisfy criminal history and reference checks.

• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.
