Job Overview
Join KWA as a full‑time or part‑time Personal Care Assistant (Caregiver) in Thurston County.
Base PayCompetitive rate of $21.49–$25.39 per hour, plus benefits including medical, vision, dental, paid time off and more.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, medication reminders, meal preparation and companionship.
- Provide compassionate care while maintaining clients’ dignity and privacy.
- Collaborate with KWA staff to ensure continuity of care and document care activities.
- 18 years or older with a valid Washington State driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Willingness to obtain home‑care certification within a set timeframe.
- Ability to pass a criminal history and reference check.
- Previous caregiver or related experience.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Part‑time or full‑time hours with flexible scheduling options.
