Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer‑service skills, comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week spread across three or more days.

Competitive compensation with pay‑for‑performance rewards. Base pay ranges (hourly) by location:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80–$36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80–$36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50–$34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80–$36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50–$34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50–$34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80–$36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80–$30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80–$36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80–$36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80–$30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50–$34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80–$36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80–$36.50 per hour
