Gray & Osborne, Inc. has been a trusted provider of professional engineering services to public agencies throughout Washington State since 1935. We specialize in the planning, design, and construction management of infrastructure systems including water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and utilities. This position is based in our Olympia office at 2102 Carriage Drive SW, Building I. A hybrid work arrangement—requiring a minimum of three days per week in-office—is available after 12 months of employment.

* Position Summary:

* We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer with municipal engineering experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project engineering and/or project management for utility, water, wastewater, or transportation projects for municipalities and special purpose districts across Washington State. Key responsibilities include project scoping and preparing engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for municipal engineering projects.

The role also includes providing our clients with funding administration and construction management support.

* Qualifications:

* · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution is required.

· Professional Engineer (PE) license required

· 10-15 years of experience in municipal engineering

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

· Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
