Required Skills:

Valid U.S. medical license and board certification in Urology Proven surgical skills with Urology procedures Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in Call coverage is preferred Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with surgical procedures specific to Urology EMR proficiency Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively Preferred

Education and Experience:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years post-residency practice in Urology Previous locum or hospital-based experience is advantageous Other Requirements:
Availability for specific dates:
March 21-26, March 30-April 2, April 13-30, May 18-28, June 15-30 Willingness to provide 24-hour call coverage for at least 5-7 days per month, with additional availability preferred Commitment to maintaining state licensure, hospital privileges, and professional certifications Possession of necessary travel or certification reimbursements if applicable Ability to work in the Olympia, WA area, as required This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your professional portfolio while earning competitive pay in a supportive environment.
