Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice in Washington state
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• Proven experience in surgical procedures related to Urology
• Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and emergencies
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Prior locum or temporary staffing experience
• Proficiency with hospital electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Experience with outpatient clinic management
• Additional certifications in minimally invasive or robotic Urology procedures

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 3 years post-residency clinical experience
• Previous experience providing call coverage and emergency services

Other Requirements:

• Availability for specific dates outlined below
• Willingness to provide call-only or combined clinic and call coverage
• Ability to travel within the Olympia, WA region (travel reimbursements available when applicable)
• Certifications in ACLS and BLS preferred
• Commitment to adhering to all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
