Are you a skilled Urologist seeking flexible, rewarding opportunities? We are actively recruiting dedicated Urology professionals to join our team in Olympia, WA, providing essential call coverage and clinical support. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized urological surgical care and clinical services.
• Cover 5-7 days of 24-hour call per month, with additional coverage welcomed.
• Assist with call-only services or a combination of clinic and call, based on your preferences.
• Support specific coverage dates, including March 21-26, March 30-April 2, April 13-30, May 18-28, and June 15-30.

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Urology.
• Experience with urological surgical procedures and clinical management.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to varied clinical settings and shift requirements.

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Prior locum or hospital-based Urology experience.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems.
• Additional subspecialty training or certifications in Urology.

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 2+ years of Urology practice, preferably in a hospital or acute-care setting.
• Proven experience in managing surgical cases and emergency call situations.

Other Requirements:

• Must hold valid licensure and certifications applicable in Washington State.
• Willingness to travel to coverage dates and accommodate on-call schedules.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care during assigned periods.
