Urology Locum Physician Immediate Coverage Needed

Join our dynamic team as a Urology Locum Physician, providing critical call coverage for our team in Olympia, WA.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your surgical skills in a flexible, high-impact setting. You will contribute to patient care continuity and support our healthcare facility during key periods, with the potential to expand your engagement based on availability.

Required Skills:

• Active medical license in Washington State
• Board-certified or eligible in Urology
• Proven surgical and clinical skills in urology practice
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability for at least 5-7 days of 24-hour call coverage per month

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Prior experience in a locum or temporary position
• Additional certifications in urological procedures
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 2 years post-residency clinical experience in urology
• Prior experience in hospital-based urology practice highly desirable

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to cover specific dates:
  March , March 30 April 2, April , May , June
• Ability to respond to call requests overnight and on weekends
• Must hold current licensure, certification, and up-to-date DEA registration

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
