We are seeking a full-time Service Dispatcher to join our team on-site in Lacey, WA. In this role, you will coordinate and schedule service technicians to fulfill customer maintenance and repair needs efficiently. Responsibilities include managing incoming service requests, ensuring timely dispatch of technicians, maintaining detailed documentation, and communicating effectively with team members and clients to provide exceptional service. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Dispatching to manage service requests and schedule technicians effectively
- Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive client interactions and service delivery
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and customers both verbally and in writing
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic on-site environment
- Familiarity with HVAC systems or building trades is a plus
- Proficiency & experience with scheduling and dispatching is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in dispatching or customer service are a plus
