Driver / Laborer – Custom Home Design Build Company

We are a custom home design build company specializing in high‑quality residential construction. Our work ranges from ground‑up custom homes to detailed remodels, and we take pride in craftsmanship, organization, and professionalism on every project.

We are seeking a dependable Driver / Laborer to support our construction team. This role combines driving, material handling, and hands‑on job‑site labor. It is well‑suited for someone who takes pride in their work, values reliability, and enjoys contributing to the building of custom homes.

• Drive company trucks to transport tools, materials, and supplies to and from job sites
• Load and unload building materials safely and efficiently
• Assist carpenters and crew with general construction labor
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Support daily site setup, breakdown, and material organization
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Represent the company professionally while on job sites and operating company vehicles

• Professional, reliable, and safety‑minded
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable personal transportation to and from work
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in and around clients' homes
• Ability to provide verifiable work history and references
• Must be able to pass a driving record review
• Construction or job‑site experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures

• Full‑time position, 40 hours per week
• Daytime hours, Monday through Friday (overtime as needed)
