• Lead strategic growth, driving market share and revenue growth globally.
• Build client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Lead major pursuits and campaigns, developing winning strategies.
• Collaborate with market and operations leadership to define and support regional strategic plans.
• Mentor and train business development teams.
• Align resources with client needs and growth opportunities.

• Achieve global booking goals.
• Manage regional waste business development leaders.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends.
• Create vision for the waste program within company direction.
• Oversee strategic plans, identifying growth initiatives.
• Lead major pursuit teams.
• Identify candidates for management, technical, BD and marketing roles.
• Develop training on BD and marketing best practices.
• Implement major client plans and strategies.
• Serve as client manager for significant waste sector accounts.
• Develop relationships with teaming partners.
• Participate in professional associations.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Professional or engineering registration or certificate, or related technical experience.
• Experience winning high‑value contracts in the waste industry.

• Minimum 15 years relevant industry experience.
• Self‑starter with history of completing projects with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of A/E/C procurement processes.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Skill building networks of clients and partners.
• Sales and win‑strategy development experience.
• Financial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness and desire to travel and engage in person.
• Experience growing programs in new or highly competitive markets.
• Experience writing compelling content from technical staff.
