Ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind erforderlich. Eine technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Elektro-, Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau wird erwartet. Gute CAD-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, und die Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache ist ein Muss.
