Kitchen Bath Lead Carpenter Montgomery

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Lead Installer who can hit the ground running. After a six-week onboarding period, you’ll manage your own installations with confidence and minimal oversight. This is a leadership position for skilled professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality, precise results on every job.

• Lead kitchen remodeling projects, including cabinet installation, refacing, and finishing
• Lead full bathroom remodeling projects, including Schluter (waterproofing) and tile installation, showers and bathtubs, vanities, etc.
• Lead carpentry projects, including built-ins, trim/molding, fireplace surrounds, etc.
• Manage daily jobsite setup, workflow, and completion
• Communicate with clients and ensure total satisfaction
• Train and mentor installers to maintain quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot issues and implement on-site solutions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure tools and materials are organized and ready

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of installation or carpentry experience in interior home remodeling with a proven track record of leading successful projects
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training in construction is a plus.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks related to construction work, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Background checks and a drug test will be performed/administered before employment.
