Diagnostic Technologist I - Full-Time Flex + Sign On Bonus!
Join an energetic, patient-focused team at Med Star Radiology Network. We are currently seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Technologist for a full‑time flex position Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM at our outpatient imaging center in Olney, Maryland. $5K Sign‑On Bonus offered!
JOB SUMMARY- Performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed independent practitioner.
- Ensures services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice.

- Minimum of one year experience as a Radiography Technologist.
- Must hold a minimum Associates Degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two‑year radiology program.
Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT. Must also meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice. BLS certification is required within 60 days of hire.
SKILLS / ABILITIES- Skill in operating radiographic equipment and applicable ancillary equipment.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Ability toCLUSIVE provide documentation accurately and concisely.
- Demonstrated understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, radiopharmacology, and medical terminology.
- Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and data retrieval.
