Job Overview
Med Star Radiology Network is seeking an experienced Mammographer for a part‑time flexible position at an outpatient imaging center in Olney, Maryland.
Shifts are Tuesday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Wednesday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, and Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Perform breast imaging procedures and related techniques, producing data for interpretation by a licensed independent practitioner.
- Ensure services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as part of the imaging center team and seek and provide feedback for improved clinical practice.
Experience
: up to 1 year as a Mammography Technologist.
Education
: minimum Associates Degree in Radiology or graduation from an accredited two‑year radiology program.
Licensure/Certification
: must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration. Mammography advanced registration through ARRT is required upon hire. Must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which the candidate practices.
Skills & Abilities
: operation of mammography equipment; ability to work independently and multitask; accurate and concise documentation; understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, radiopharmacology, and medical terminology; computer application proficiency including information and billing systems and digital archiving.

Salary
: $33.00 – $48.00 per hour.
