As a Pharmacy Technician you will support our pharmacy teams in delivering operational and service excellence, ensuring prescriptions are filled safely and accurately, and providing exceptional patient experience.

• Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to support patient health.
• Work safely and accurately through pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (production, pick‑up, drive‑thru, drop‑off).
• Show empathy and genuine care to create heartfelt moments at pick‑up, drive‑thru, or over the phone; offer immunizations and other services; solve or elevate patient problems.
• Perform basic inventory activities (e.g., cycle counts, returns‑to‑stocks, waiting‑bin inventories) as directed.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge; embrace a growth mindset and provide feedback to the team.
• Remain flexible for scheduling, business needs, and voluntary travel to stores in the market.
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical principles.
• Because permissible, assist with additional patient health care services such as immunizations, point‑of‑care testing, and off‑site clinic staffing (where allowable by law).

• Comply with all state board of pharmacy requirements (including age, education, licensure, or certification).
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school program.
• Meet state‑level licensure and national certification requirements (varies by state).
• Complete rigorous company training and satisfy all registration and certification requirements (in accordance with state laws).

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe.
• Attention and focus – concentrate, pivot quickly, confirm prescription data, and label accuracy.
• Customer service and team orientation – look for ways to help people, respond to patient reactions, and use active listening.
• Communication skills – articulate verbal and written communication; give full attention, ask questions, and avoid interrupting.
• Mathematical reasoning – calculate tablets, days of supply, and bottle quantities.
• Problem resolution – identify challenging interactions and choose best action.
• Physical demands – mobility, lifting up to 20 lbs, reaching overhead, typing, and sustained attention.
• Other tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to work in the home store and travel across the market to meet business needs.

Base hourly rate: $16.00 - $24.00
