Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time Nights 6p - 6:30a *$10,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time*

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our Healthcare Team. . Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and provide support to residents and their families.

Qualifications:

* Must hold a current and unrestricted RN license issued by the state nursing board

* Valid CPR certification

* Proven experience as an RN in various clinical settings

* Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care

* Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations

* Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus

Essential Job Functions:

* Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories

* Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols

* Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems

* Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical practices

* Stay informed about current nursing practices and regulations
