Working collaboratively within the Operations team, the Warehouse Associate will:

• Follow established procedures to accurately replenish surgical kits, performing visual inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Complete required documentation for all steps, quantities, and quality checks, while adhering to customer and Millstone Medical specifications.
• Safely operate a reach truck to move, load, and retrieve materials within the warehouse.
• Support accurate order fulfillment and timely shipments by picking, staging, and verifying orders, maintaining a clean and safe work area, inspecting equipment, and following all safety and company guidelines.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of manufacturing/production experience preferred
• Must have Reach Truck experience
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures
• Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles
• Software and computer skills
• Organizational skills
• 20/20 Vision or corrected 20/20 Vision
