• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Possess strong navigational skills – reading maps, locating addresses, and navigating multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.

Many team members start as delivery drivers and progress to franchise ownership, management, or corporate positions. We value development and reward hard work.

• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients.
• Prepare products, receive and process phone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Provide training orientation and on‑the‑job training.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.

• Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately.
• Make correct monetary change and handle funds.
• Use computers or touch screens to enter orders.
• Navigate addresses and adverse terrain.
• Coordinate motor skills for precise, rapid movements.

Employees may be exposed to varying temperatures, weather, fumes, dust, and hot surfaces. Tasks include standing, walking, lifting, climbing, and handling hot equipment.

• Stand for the majority of tasks.
• Walk short distances between store and delivery vehicle.
• Sit at a desk for paperwork.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and carrying products up to 72 inches high.
• Carry, push, and pull trays and boxes during delivery.
• Sometimes climb stairs or ladders.
• Bend, stoop, squat, and reach frequently.
• Drive within a designated delivery area and deliver flyers.

Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle are required. Cleaning, inventory, and customer service are integral parts of the role.
