Shift may start between 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They keep the store clean from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a safe environment.

You play a major role in how customers feel when they leave the store. You may be the first, last, and sometimes only associate a customer interacts with. It’s important to smile, greet, and thank every customer. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

During busy periods you may scan items, explain a price, bag items properly, count cash back, and keep your area clean while helping customers.

We look for someone who is positive, can multi‑task, and has a passion for customer service and helping others.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

You also receive PTO and/or PPTO for vacation, sick leave, holidays, and other purposes. Benefits are subject to change.
