Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) - Part-time

Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour. Applications accepted on an ongoing basis.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs; sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability on the floor and in the backroom through priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes, including clearance merchandising and signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests; support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms back to the sales floor.
• Assist with guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up; comply with federal, state, and local laws (e.g., adult beverage laws) when applicable.
• Greet guests and engage to help solve their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target; perform other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Effective communication skills; able to operate handheld scanners and other technology; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Accurate cash handling (as needed); ability to climb ladders; ability to lift up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; stay mobile for the duration of shifts.
