Position: Leadership Opportunity - Front of House
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour A Front of House Team Leader consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces Chick-fil-A culture, and delivers genuine hospitality with excellence. FOH Leaders have a passion for people, guest experience, and developing others. This role supports senior leadership by executing daily front-of-house operations, leading shifts, managing cash controls, and coaching team members to deliver exceptional service.

FOH Team Leaders set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and operational excellence.

FOH Team Leader Responsibilities

* Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts

* Provide immediate, respectful, and genuine guest service

* Set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork

* Train and coach team members on service standards and procedures

* Lead shift execution including breaks, positioning, and deployment

* Open and/or close the restaurant; act as key holder

* Manage cash drawers, deposits, and daily money controls

* Ensure accuracy in orders and point-of-sale execution

* Communicate clearly with Back of House leadership and senior leaders

* Address guest concerns with care and urgency

Qualifications and Requirements

* 18 years or older

* Strong commitment to superior customer service

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to coach and lead team members effectively

* Reliable transportation

* Ability to work in fast-paced environment

* Ability to manage performance and behavior professionally

* Prior leadership or shift-leading experience preferred but not required
