$18.00 - $24.00 per hour A Front of House Team Leader consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces Chick-fil-A culture, and delivers genuine hospitality with excellence. This role supports senior leadership by executing daily front-of-house operations, leading shifts, managing cash controls, and coaching team members to deliver exceptional service.

FOH Team Leader Responsibilities
* Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
* Provide immediate, respectful, and genuine guest service
* Set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork
* Train and coach team members on service standards and procedures
* Lead shift execution including breaks, positioning, and deployment
* Open and/or close the restaurant; act as key holder
* Manage cash drawers, deposits, and daily money controls
* Ensure accuracy in orders and point-of-sale execution
* Communicate clearly with Back of House leadership and senior leaders
* Address guest concerns with care and urgency
Qualifications and Requirements
* 18 years or older
* Strong commitment to superior customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to coach and lead team members effectively
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment
* Ability to manage performance and behavior professionally
* Prior leadership or shift-leading experience preferred but not required
