We have an exciting opening for a Pull by Purchase Technician in Olive Branch, MS. This position is responsible for assembling associated products based on assigned area (PBP).

Responsibilities
  • Assembles and packages all Pull by Purchase components and kits according to work instructions.
  • Works from blueprints, lists, work orders, instructions (verbal and written) applying various procedures.
  • Follows all safety and housekeeping rules and procedures.
  • Adheres to the quality management system.
  • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Actively participates in High Performance Teams (HPTs) as requested.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Uses tools, presses and a variety of fixtures.
  • Provides training to other employees in Pull by Purchase as required.
We are looking for talent with
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have basic computer, math and industrial skills.
  • Must be mechanically competent.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal.
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability of performance and results.
  • Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent:
    Walking, Reaching Outward, and Bending;
    Lifting 10-50 lbs.
  • Constant:
    Handling/Gripping, Standing, Lifting 10-25 lbs.
  • Occasionally:
    Push/Pull 12 lbs. – 50 lbs.
