CNC Mill Operator​/Setup

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Mill Operator/Setup located in Olive Branch, MS. Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC milling machines to complete precision machining tasks, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, monitoring machinery to detect malfunctions, ensuring parts meet quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Operators will also collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient operations and meet project deadlines.

• Proficiency in CNC mill operation and setup for precision machining tasks
• 5-Axis experience needed
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Knowledge of machining processes and materials, including tools and fixtures
• Excellent attention to detail and experience with quality control processes
• Familiarity with safe workplace practices and equipment maintenance
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with production teams
• Prior experience in the aerospace or medical device industries is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in machining is preferred
