Job Overview

The Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of physically demanding tasks to support manufacturing operations, including operating forklifts, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Operating a forklift to move and position materials safely.
• Performing repetitive manual tasks such as shoveling sand, cleaning work areas, and handling metal components.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

• Previous forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform continuous manual exertion.
• Sound physical condition and stamina to work in an environment that may be up to 15°F warmer than outside temperatures.
• Acceptable vision and hearing sensitivities.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
