• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Demonstrated success in managing schedules, meeting On Time Performance (OTP) goals, and optimizing labor and inventory.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies (highly desirable).
• Proficient in production management software, ERP systems, and workflow optimization tools.
• Strong leadership to train, direct, and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Train, mentor, and manage production staff to meet goals.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep production efficient.
• Oversee pallet repair to meet customer specifications.
• Maintain OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback or corrective actions as needed.
• Implement and adjust plans to meet targets.
• Track performance data and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment to prevent shortages.
• Communicate with teams to streamline operations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all processes meet company and regulatory standards.
