Senior WMS Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Senior WMS Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Manhattan Associates Active WMS to lead implementation, optimization, and support of global logistics execution processes and systems. This role will partner with operations leadership and finance teams to drive transformation across warehousing, transportation, and distribution, ensuring reliable delivery at efficient cost.

The ideal candidate is a strong WMS subject matter expert (SME) with proven experience leading enterprise-level deployments and integrating WMS with ERP, TMS, and e-commerce platforms.

• Lead end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of Manhattan Associates Active WMS and Oracle TMS .
• Own the enterprise solution architecture, design, and deployment of Manhattan WMS across global DCs.
• Support Inbound Logistics, Replenishment Logistics, and Distribution Logistics (from DCs to customers worldwide).
• Collaborate with business process owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical and integration solutions.
• Partner with Operations & Finance leadership to align strategies and drive process transformation.
• Conduct E2E solution design in the logistics Order-to-Deliver space (warehousing, distribution, transportation, and trade compliance).
• Lead functional/technical discussions with stakeholders and ensure seamless integration with ERP, TMS, e-commerce, and 3rd-party vendor tools.
• Govern global standardization of logistics processes and solutions; ensure adherence to a no-customization approach .
• Lead analyses, process simulations, automation, and warehouse execution improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve continuous product flow.
• Stay current with industry trends, systems, and innovations in the logistics and supply chain domain.

• Manhattan WMS Expertise:
  Strong SME in Active WMS with knowledge of Intelligent Fulfillment, Warehouse Controls, Order Management, Inbound/Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, and cycle counting.
• System Implementation:
  Successful delivery of at least 2 large-scale Manhattan WMS implementations in distribution/logistics environments.
• Technology Integration:
  Experience integrating WMS with TMS/ERP (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder, Manhattan) and external platforms.
• Transportation Management:
  Knowledge of TMS tactical planning, freight procurement, load design, routing, scheduling, parcel management, intermodal/rail logistics.
