Parkwood Behavioral Health System is a behavioral health and chemical dependency provider located in Desoto County, Mississippi, 7 miles south of Memphis. Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the scheduling needs of nursing staff in all inpatient programs in conjunction with the Directors of Nursing. This individual coordinates the assignment of pool and float staff to supplement program schedule vacancies and staffing needs. The Staffing Coordinator performs responsibilities in accordance with established policies and procedures, and in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Parkwood Behavioral Health System.
QualificationsEducation: High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Three (3) years of prior hospital and staffing experience required.
Licensure/Certification: N/A.
Knowledge: Prefer knowledge base of clinical needs for staffing purposes. Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
