- Supervise and lead field plumbing personnel on job sites.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes.
- Coordinate workflow, materials, and equipment with project managers and other trades.
- Conduct daily job site inspections and safety meetings.
- Oversee coordination and installation of piping systems, fixtures, backflow prevention, and other plumbing components.
- Train and mentor plumbing staff and apprentices.
- Track labor hours, materials used, and progress reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, standards, and company policies.
- Attend and represent Royal Aire in project specific meetings. (Safety, CM, Coordination, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or plumbing license preferred.
- Minimum [10+] years of supervisory experience.
- Supervising crew sizes up to 15+.
- Clean driving record, criminal record and drug test.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in reading construction documents and interpreting plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
