What You Will Do:

Carry out in-depth assessments of children and families to ensure risks are identified and responded to swiftly.

Lead the development and review of care plans that reflect the best interests of the child.

Offer specialist consultation and support to social workers and contribute to reflective case discussions.

Ensure best practice is delivered in line with statutory guidance, policies, and procedures.

Actively lead and participate in strategy discussions, planning meetings, and case reviews.

Build strong partnerships with multi-agency colleagues to ensure holistic support for vulnerable families.
