Position: Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic / MOT Tester to join our fast-growing team. Contract:

Permanent, Full-Time

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm, alternate Saturdays, 8:00am–1:00pm (rota basis) Salary:
Up to £40,000 per annum (basic  bonus), dependent on experience Benefits: 28 days holiday including bank holidays An extra day off on your birthday Company pension scheme Employee discount Events, team-building activities, and celebration days On-site parking

Key Responsibilities Carry out light vehicle maintenance including tyres, brakes, exhausts, suspension, clutches, and timing belt replacements Complete vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer and company guidelines Conduct vehicle health checks and clearly communicate findings Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults accurately and efficiently Undertake additional repair work once authorised Complete all relevant paperwork, job cards, and documentation accurately and on time Skills & Experience Experience working in a professional workshop environment NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or time-served equivalent) Full UK driving licence MOT licence desirable (but not essential) A proactive team player, comfortable working in a busy workshop
