An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Ryder & Dutton Financial Services as a full time Mortgage & Protection Advisor. This role is a hybrid role based in the West Yorkshire area. If you have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude and are organised, have excellent attention to detail, with a sales and administration background then you could be the person we are looking for to be part of our busy team of Mortgage & Protection Advisers.

Ryder & Dutton are a market leading & award-winning mortgage broker & estate agency, seeking a fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser to work within our offices in the West Yorkshire area, working within our established, dynamic and highly respected estate agency business, as part of our hugely successful brand! We work in partnership with Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) which are a nationally recognised mortgage broker Partnership, winners of over 200 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.

This excellent opportunity has arisen as a result of continued dynamic growth plans; working from one of our busy estate agency offices as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor you will have access to a fantastic lead source with appointments and leads generated by the established sales teams. There may be a need to be face to face appointments locally too so the successful candidate needs to be able to commute to the West Yorkshire area easily to accommodate these.

This role is to provide and identify customer mortgage requirements and associated protection needs. In addition to giving advice on appropriate mortgage products, the mortgage adviser also advises on related protection products including life assurance, critical illness, accident, sickness and unemployment, income protection and buildings and contents insurance. We have a superb infrastructure in place to provide top class service to clients, including excellent administration and back‑office support.

You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets by providing professional and quality advice from the whole of market, have the pace required to convert leads ensuring no stone is unturned, whilst maintaining our company policy of treating customers fairly.

The remuneration for the role will be on a competitive employed package, and we anticipate that successful candidates will realistically earn OTE £45, per annum, our very hard‑working top Advisers continually exceed OTE £70,000 pa once established, with uncapped commission being available there is no limit to your earning potential!

Basic Salary: £28,000.00-£34,000 (experience dependant) plus bonus.
