Base salary Commission Job Type: Full-time / Permanent About the Role We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building strong customer connections.
Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, and referrals Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Present and promote products/services to prospective customers Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity Requirements Proven experience in sales or business development An understanding of social media Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organisational skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Full UK driving licence (Essential) Desirable Skills Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Confidence in face-to-face sales and customer consultations Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles Experience & Training Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
