Interbranch Valuer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Ryder & Dutton as a Full Time Interbranch Valuer. Based at our Royton branch to provide valuation support to local branches.

Previous experience of property valuations is essential as you will need to be able to hit the ground running. You will have a minimum of 12 months experience.

The main focus of the Valuer role will be generating instructions by carrying out as many market appraisals as possible as well as following up of appointments to win business and to cross sell our additional services, such as conveyancing, mortgage services etc.

There are plenty of opportunities to earn uncapped commission in this role.

You must have your own vehicle available for use and this must be insured for business use.

You must have a good knowledge of Royton and the surrounding area alongside relevant valuation experience.

You will need:

• A minimum of 1 years relevant Valuer experience.
• A warm friendly personality and a willingness to learn new skills
• An enthusiastic & high energy approach to work
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good IT literacy
