55,000 basic salary plus £3,500 Car Allowance and Bonus £5,000

Our client is a UK based manufacturer of high-quality bespoke products that serves mainly the construction, marine, oil & gas, and automotive industries.

They have been in business for over 45 years with a turnover of £6.5M and are entering an exciting new phase of growth. They currently sell all across the world and are known for high quality on time products that sees a high level of returning customers.

They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help shape their future.

The role offers real influence, responsibility and a clear pathway to senior leadership. You will play a central role in driving commercial performance, strengthening customer relationships, and building a scalable, high-performing sales function.

• Lead and motivate a growing sales team across office and field-based roles
• Drive revenue growth through structured sales activity
• Develop and manage key customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Work closely with leadership to shape commercial strategy
• Support recruitment and development of future sales talent
• Own and deliver sales targets and forecasts
• Implement consistent sales processes and reporting
• Feed insight into product and commercial decision-making

Ideally you will be from the construction related industries but this isn’t essential.

You must have strong management experience within sales and be able to lead and manage a team and grow new business.

Holiday : 25 days plus bank holidays

Hybrid working (minimum two days per week in the office)
