About

The Role

To support the CEO and wider team by managing inbound leads, client communications, and marketing follow-ups ensuring every prospect, client, and partner receives professional, timely, and engaging communication. This role bridges sales, marketing, and customer care, helping to create smooth journeys from first contact through to happy, long-term clients.

Working Hours & Location

Monday to Friday Full time, 37.5 hours

Hybrid/Remote role - Oldham

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound leads across multiple channels, ensuring prompt responses and accurate CRM updates.
  • Qualify prospects, follow up on enquiries, and support the CEO with proposals and meeting scheduling.
  • Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact for clients and prospects, maintaining a professional brand tone.
  • Gather and share client feedback to improve communication and service quality.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, webinars, and events, including follow-ups and attendee management.
  • Support social media outreach, content sharing, and delivery of marketing materials to prospects and clients.
  • Prepare simple weekly reports on leads, conversions, and client activity for the CEO.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Exceptional communicator with strong people skills
  • Background in customer success, inside sales, or sales support (preferably B2B)
  • Proven experience managing high volumes of leads, inbound inquiries, or event attendees
  • Tech-savvy with CRM or pipeline management tools (e.g. Hub Spot, Pipedrive, Go High Level , Respond.io, etc.)
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented — thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Confident phone manner and written communication style

    Driven by results, conversion metrics, and client experience
