We’re seeking an ambitious Catering Supervisor to join our team and become a driving force behind an exceptional school catering facility. You’ll be a key player, assisting with both the operations excellence and financial performance of your kitchen.

• Assisting with the managing and improving all controllable costs, including stock, food and labour
• Supervise, coach, train and inspire your kitchen team to deliver excellence every day
• Oversee menu development and drive sales through exciting monthly promotions and added-value events
• Guarantee all standards, systems and essential legislation are met

We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Chef Supervisor ready to take ownership of the kitchen’s day-to-day success. If you’re a dynamic chef who thrives on leading by example and driving standards, you’ll need:

• Hands-On Excellence:
  You have fantastic craft skills with a genuine commitment to using fresh ingredients to deliver exceptional quality food

  Proven supervisory experience – you know how to coach, motivate, and inspire to develop a happy, high-performing team

  Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices

Great Work-Life Balance

You’ll work Monday to Friday during school term time – that means no late nights, no weekends and no working at Christmas.

• This is a 3 - 6 fixed-term contract
• 32.5 hours per week
• £13.90 per hour
