Job Summary
A great opportunity for an enthusiastic forward thinking team member to join the Catering Department at Oldham Care Organisation (Royal Oldham Hospital). This post is full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Sunday and will include bank holiday working on a rota basis which attracts additional enhanced pay. Being flexible to the needs of the service and previous experience of large scale catering would be an advantage.
Mainduties of the job
- Work as part of a team producing high quality nutritious meals for staff, visitors and patients.
- Comply with food hygiene standards and regulations, including the HACCP monitoring system.
- Play an important role in the production of a high quality professional service.

- Level 2 Food Safety.
- City & Guilds 706/1 706/2 or NVQ Level 3 equivalent.
- Level 3 Food Safety.
- Knowledge in HACCP food management systems.
