Salary : £30,000 - £40,000 DOE + Bonus
Working Hours : 37.5 hours per week, flexible start from 8.30-9.15 (7.5 hour to be complete each day).
About the RoleOn behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to take full ownership of a growing organisation’s marketing function. This is a generalist, end‑to‑end role combining strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery across brand, digital, content and demand generation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in raising brand awareness, supporting new business growth and ensuring consistent, high‑quality communication across all external and internal touchpoints. Reporting directly to the Design & Marketing Director, this role works closely with sales, leadership and external partners.
This position supports two complementary business units operating within the creative design, build and manufacturing space, delivering bespoke solutions for leading brands and retailers.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership- Set and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Act as brand guardian across all internal and external communications.
- Ensure all publicly visible marketing activity reflects the brand’s values, positioning and USP.
- Own and manage company websites, content assets and digital channels.
- Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
- Write and oversee SEO‑optimised content in collaboration with external SEO partners.
- Maintain consistently high standards of imagery, photography and creative content.
- Deliver targeted B2B outreach and prospect nurturing campaigns to support new business.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
- Implement campaigns to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Own and manage the CRM system, aligning sales and marketing activity.
- Oversee data quality, workflows and reporting.
- Track KPIs including traffic, engagement and conversion, reporting insights and performance monthly to senior leadership.
- Manage marketing budgets, prioritisation and ROI tracking.
- Conduct customer research to refine customer‑centric positioning.
- Analyse competitors and market conditions, producing SWOT analysis.
- Keep the organisation at the forefront of digital marketing developments.
- Organise and manage awards, marketing events and internal initiatives.
- Manage and direct external agencies, developers and freelancers.
- Support brand development, graphic design and layout across all touchpoints.
- Proven experience in a broad, generalist marketing role with end‑to‑end ownership.
- Strong digital marketing expertise with a track record of driving awareness and sales.
- Commercially minded with experience supporting B2B sales teams.
- Confident managing agencies, partners and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing websites, CRM systems and marketing analytics.
- Creative eye with strong attention to detail (graphic design or photography skills beneficial).
- Self‑motivated, organised and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Dependable team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Flexible and willing to work across office and field‑based environments when required.
