Location: Oldham OL9

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing daily operations within a busy fabrication and welding environment. The successful candidate will ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency. This is a four‑day working week, offering excellent work‑life balance.

• Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day production activities
• Lead, motivate and support a team of fabrication/welding operatives
• Ensure production schedules and deadlines are achieved
• Monitor quality control and maintain high manufacturing standards
• Enforce health & safety policies and procedures
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
• Report on performance, output, and any operational issues

• Proven experience in fabrication, welding or similar manufacturing background (essential)
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
• Strong understanding of production processes and workflow management
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving ability
