Specialising in the design, manufacture, and assembly of precision components for the defence sector, our client is an industry leader backed by a global group. They are now looking to add an experienced CNC Mazatrol Programmer to their growing team.

Job Title: CNC Mazatrol Programmer – Mazak Integrex i200 / j200

Job Type: Permanent

Overtime: Widely Available @ x1.5 / x2

Shift Pattern:

• Straight Back Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30pm – 2:30am (Friday Off)

As a CNC Mazatrol Programmer/Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Programming complex components directly at the machine using Mazatrol on Mazak Integrex i200 / j200 machines
• Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings
• Setting up tools and work holding with correct offsets
• Uploading and editing programs where needed
• Running jobs from start to finish, ensuring top-quality standards
• Working on one‑off and small batch, high‑precision parts

• Have solid experience programming, setting, and operating Mazak Integrex machines using Mazatrol
• Be confident working to tight tolerances in a high‑precision environment
• Ideally have served an engineering apprenticeship (though experience is key)
• Be capable of working independently or as part of a small team
• Be quality‑focused with excellent attention to detail
• Be flexible to support overtime as required
• Have a proactive, professional attitude with good organisational skills
