4 on / 4 off rotating shifts (Days & Nights, 12 hours)
Pay Rate: £16.85 per hour (including shift allowance)
Overtime: £33.70 per hour (including shift allowance)

The Role

As a Manufacturing Production Operative, you’ll be part of a cutting-edge production team in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment. Full PPE and comprehensive training is provided, ensuring you’re set up for success.

You’ll be responsible for:

Handling delicate silicon wafers with precision and care
Using computer-based systems to track and manage production stages
Loading products and running machines according to strict specifications
Maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail throughout
Wearing full PPE and operating in a controlled environment

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Good hand–eye coordination and dexterity
Ability to pass a colour blindness test (essential)
Commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards
A team player with an eye for detail and a desire to grow
