We're Hiring:
Production Line Team Leader

Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 – 22:00 (depending on work volume –
you must be able to work both
)
Pay: £13.71 per hour for AM / £14.21 per hour for PM

We’re on the lookout for a motivated, people-focused Production Line Team Leader to join a friendly and fast-paced contract packing operation.

This role isn’t about sitting behind a desk – it’s hands‑on, energetic, and ideal for someone who loves being on the floor, making a difference, and supporting a team to do their best work.

• Leading from the front to hit daily production targets
• Coaching and supporting team members with regular feedback
• Training new starters and keeping standards high
• Maintaining health & safety, hygiene, and quality across the shift
• Using simple systems for reporting and performance tracking
• Working closely with other departments to keep things running smoothly
• Creating a positive and respectful team culture

• Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role (ideally in production, packing, or warehouse)
• A strong communicator with the ability to motivate and support others
• Great with people, approachable, and calm under pressure
• Good computer skills (nothing too technical – just data entry, emails, shift reports)
• Flexible – happy to jump in where needed and lead by example
• Bonus if you’ve got an FLT licence or experience with material handling (but training can be provided)
