Deputy Manager
My client is a growing company and is looking for a Deputy Manager to assist in running the service. The role includes supporting the Registered Manager, supervising care staff, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
Responsibilities- Support the Registered Manager in running the service.
- Supervise care staff.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards.
- At least 2 years of experience in domiciliary care.
- Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
